Although launching new builds and setups requires significant resources, it isn’t just the major players testing new concepts. Retailers of all sizes are exploring new ways to build and remodel their convenience stores — usually with food at the forefront — as a means to draw in more customers.
Differentiation in the convenience store industry means standing out with unique products, services, staff and a memorable shopping experience.
