Dive Insight:
Royal Farms uses a pumpkin spice coffee blend made from real pumpkin, along with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger, which can be served iced or hot. The muffins are made with real pumpkin and include white chocolate chips.
In addition to its in-house items, Royal Farms is also carrying a number of pumpkin spice products from other companies, including donuts from Krispy Kreme, refrigerated coffee drinks from Starbucks and drinks from Black Rifle coffee company.
The c-store retailer also has spicy fries available for a limited time, according to the company’s website. These accompany a spicy chicken option, which is part of the regular menu.
Royal Farms is best known for its chicken and western fries, but also offers a variety of subs, wraps and sandwiches — including breakfast options — on its menu.
The autumn season is in full swing, and c-store retailers of all sizes, including 7-Eleven and Casey’s, are offering limited-time picks based around popular fall flavors like pumpkin, apple and maple.
